Post-COVID-19 mobility: cancellation policy and security
Since September, we have taken over the organisation of Erasmus+ European mobility with guarantees adapted to the different situations we might encounter before or during the mobility:
In the event of total cancellation of mobilitydue to travel restrictions resulting directly from a declaration by the French government or the host country (e.g. confinement, border closure at departure or destination, mandatory quarantine on arrival).
Stud&Globe commits to reimbursing at least 75% of the costs related to the logistics of the trip (transport, accommodation, activities, etc.).
The administration fee will not be reimbursed, but we will offer you a credit note allowing you to rearrange the move at a later date at no extra cost. (This mobility must be organised in the same year)
In addition to this we offer anadditional insurance: TRAVEL safe Multirisk in cooperation with an insurance provider.
