Missions

Monitoring and improvement of the quality system

Follow technical data sheets for chemical products and verify PPE compliance
Ensure compliance with HACCP standards and current health legislation
Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality, environmental, and risk prevention standards

Purchasing and procurement management

Manage the purchase of perishable goods, beverages, consumables, and supplies
Supervise ordered quantities, check prices, and record delivery notes
Maintain supplier relationships and support the purchasing manager

Departmental control and organization

Control and track tableware, glassware, and cutlery
Maintain the order and cleanliness of the department's workspaces
Support the purchasing manager with their operational needs

INTERNSHIP OBJECTIVES

Gain practical experience in purchasing and procurement management in a hotel environment
Develop skills in quality control, hygiene, and compliance with HACCP standards
Strengthen organizational and interpersonal skills within a demanding professional environment
