The total program fee is $1,100, paid in three installments: a $250 non-refundable Management Fee when you apply, $80 once your internship is confirmed and your Training Agreement is signed, and the remaining $770 once your visa is approved (or no later than 30 days before your start date if you don’t need a visa). Each payment is due within 4 business days of the invoice, by credit card or bank transfer, in US dollars.

All of our internships include housing at the hotel, meals, and a monthly stipend, provided directly by the partner hotel. The program fee ($1,100) covers placement in a partner 4- or 5-star hotel, help setting up your Training Agreement, interview prep, help putting together your visa application paperwork, an internship certificate, and support by email and WhatsApp throughout your internship. 

It depends on your nationality and how long you’ll be staying. We provide all your internship documents (Placement Certificate, Training Agreement) and help you prepare your visa application. The final decision rests with the consulate. If your visa is denied, you won’t be charged the balance, and any amounts paid will be refunded, except for the $250 Management Fee.

The $250 Management Fee is non-refundable. If you cancel, before or after your internship has been found, the amounts paid are non-refundable. If your visa is denied or you have a documented emergency (force majeure), the amounts paid are refunded, except for the Management Fee. If the hotel cancels your internship, we’ll find you an equivalent placement or, if that’s not possible, give you a full refund. See our Terms and Conditions for full details.
