How it works

A simple, clear process with no surprises. From your registration to your departure, our team manages every step.

Send your profile

Fill out our online application form: tell us your university, your availability dates, the department you're interested in (front desk, food & beverage, spa, guest relations), your language level, and any other specific preferences. It only takes 10 minutes.

We find your internship

Our team identifies the partner establishments best suited to your profile, submits your application, and arranges your interview. We'll brief you on the establishment and what to expect.

Placement confirmed

Once the hotel confirms your application, you'll receive a written placement certificate signed by the establishment. Your invoice will then be sent to you. You have 4 business days to complete payment by bank transfer.

Support

We provide all documents required by your university, help you obtain a visa and work permit if needed, and remain available throughout your internship for any administrative or professional support you may need.

Cancellation policy: Cancellation 30 days or more before the start date: 50% refund. Force majeure cases (with supporting documentation): 80% refund. Withdrawal during the internship: no refund.

Internship agreement

Stud&Globe works closely with your university’s internship coordinator to ensure all documents are correctly completed and submitted on time. We’re well versed in the requirements of American, British, Canadian, and Australian universities.

Visa and administrative formalities

Requirements vary depending on nationality and destination. Stud&Globe will advise you on your specific situation when you apply:

EU citizens: no visa required for France or Spain. We offer support in obtaining an NIE in Spain (additional fees apply).
Non-EU citizens: visa requirements depend on nationality and length of stay. Our team guides you through the entire process.
All nationalities: we provide full support in preparing documents related to your internship contract, insurance, and any other administrative formalities.

Frequently asked questions

No payment is required at the time of registration. The invoice is sent only after the hotel confirms the placement, and you have 4 business days to pay by bank transfer.

The Essential Plan covers placement, help with the internship agreement, interview preparation, and the internship certificate. The all-inclusive package adds accommodation, visa and work permit support, airport pickup, and a dedicated advisor throughout your stay.

It depends on your nationality. European Union citizens do not need a visa. For non-EU citizens, requirements vary depending on nationality and length of stay; our team supports you through every step.

The terms depend on the notice period: a 50% refund if you cancel 30 days or more before the internship starts, 80% in the case of justified force majeure, and no refund if you withdraw during the internship.
