Missions

🌟 Welcome customers on arrival and accompany them throughout their stay.

🧾 Manage arrivals and departures (check-in / check-out) via internal management software.

💬 Provide information on hotel services, schedules and tourist activities.

📞 Answer customer calls and emails with courtesy and professionalism.

💳 Help manage reservations, invoicing and collections.

🤝 Assist the reception manager with administrative follow-up and coordination between departments.

🌍 Interact with international customers in several languages, with a smile and efficiency.

📍 Location: Catalonia, especially the Costa Brava and Maresme regions

⏳ Duration: 3 to 6 months - April to October 2026 (June, July, August mandatory)

⏰ Working hours: 40 h / week, 5 days a week

💶 Compensation: €300/month (+ monthly bonus of up to €200)

🏠 Accommodation provided (room shared with another trainee)

🍽️ Meals included (lunch and dinner)

🎓 Students of foreign languages, tourism, hospitality or communications.

🗣️ Spanish and English minimum B1+ required (other languages welcome: French, German...).

🙌 Excellent interpersonal skills, neat presentation and a sense of customer service.

💻 At ease with office tools and reservation software.

🌞 Dynamic, organized, smiling and a good listener.

🇪🇺 European nationality and NIE required for internship in Spain.
