Missions

Customer support and advice

Welcome and respond to customer requests by phone and email.
Advise customers on their online travel bookings.
Provide personalized support throughout the customer journey.

After-sales follow-up management

Follow up on bookings with hotel partners and service providers.
Handle customers’ change and cancellation requests.
Ensure customers’ specific requests are properly taken into account.

Administrative follow-up and case coordination

Organize and follow up on activities and transfers related to trips.
Prepare and send travel documents to customers.
Ensure rigorous case follow-up to guarantee customer satisfaction and meet performance targets.

INTERNSHIP OBJECTIVES

Develop skills in customer relations and personalized support in the travel sector.
Take part in managing and tracking bookings, as well as handling customer requests.
Contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty through high-quality service and rigorous case follow-up.
