Our partner is a renowned language school located in Sliema, in the heart of the island of Malta. Founded in 1980, it is part of an international network of over 300 centers in 39 countries. The school offers a wide range of English courses to suit all ages and levels, from General English to Business English, including preparation for exams such as Cambridge ESOL and IELTS.

Missions

Home & Administrative Support :

Warmly welcome students and visitors, respond to requests for information (email, telephone, social networks, in person), and assist with administrative management (filing, archiving, updating student files).

Preparation of Welcome Packs :

Prepare weekly welcome packs for new arrivals, including schedule, welcome guide, brochures, etc.

Organization & Animation of Student Activities :

Design and lead a variety of activities (cultural visits, games, outings), adapted to the age and language level of participants, fostering a friendly, inclusive atmosphere.
Promote upcoming events via posters, emails and social networks, inform students of new developments and manage the calendar of activities.
Accompany groups on activities, make sure they run smoothly, ensure the safety and well-being of participants, and prepare the necessary equipment in advance of outings.
