Joining this internship in Madrid means working in an international,dynamic and professional environment, in a central department: the Front Desk. You’ll help welcome customers, manage reservations and monitor customer satisfaction, while perfecting your Spanish and English in a multicultural environment.

Les Missions

You will be involved in the following tasks:

Organize and hand out access (keys/codes) to guests, with a full explanation of how the apartment works

Ensure a warm welcome in person, by telephone and by e-mail

Manage reservations, cancellations and invoicing (entries, exits, payments, deposits)

Learn to manage customer requests with responsiveness and professionalism, even in unexpected situations

Participation in improving internal procedures and systems

Support the tasks of consergerie, public relations and cash management

Participate in online reputation management (reviews, comments, responses)

OBJECTIF DU STAGE

Gain practical experience in property management and customer relations

Work in a professional, international Front Desk

Master reservation and billing management tools

Develop your customer service and intercultural communication skills

Manage unforeseen events and find appropriate solutions in real time

CONDITIONS DE STAGES

📍 Madrid - Spain (classroom)

⏳ Duration: 5 to 6 months minimum

📅 Start: immediate incorporation

⏰ Working hours: 5h/day, Monday to Sunday (2 days off) - slots 10am-3pm or 2pm-7pm

💶 Compensation: €400 gross / month

Profil recherché

🎓 Student in tourism, hospitality, communication or equivalent field

🗣️ Spanish and English essential (other languages appreciated)
