Missions

Operational service management

Participate in setting up and organizing spaces (restaurant, bar, buffet, events)
Ensure smooth service delivery while respecting quality standards
Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards

Customer satisfaction and experience

Welcome and advise customers on menus and available offerings
Guarantee attentive and personalized service
Handle customer feedback and contribute to continuous service improvement

Support in internal management and coordination

Participate in inventory tracking and supply control
Assist in coordinating teams during service
Contribute to organizing events, banquets, or special operations
