Our partner is a hotel located in a renowned seaside resort on the island of Majorca. The establishment welcomes an international clientele in a relaxed, sunny setting. The team on site is multicultural and committed, offering trainees a formative and human immersion in the hotel industry.

Les Missions

You will be involved in the following tasks:

Ensure and organize customer reception throughout their stay

Organization and management of arrivals and departures (check-in/check-out)

Advise customers on the establishment's services and tourist activities

Fulfill formalities for your stay (check-in, handover of keys, cash collection, etc.)

Respond to customer questions and requests

Handle telephone calls and hotel correspondence

Control the quality of services offered

Manage any customer disputes

OBJECTIF DU STAGE

Gain reception experience in a professional hotel environment

Develop your customer service and organizational skills

Improve your language skills in an international environment

CONDITIONS DE STAGES

Be a student in tourism, hospitality or communications

Proficiency in office automation tools (Microsoft Office)

Available for a minimum of 3 months from July

40h/week contract
