Les Missions

You will be involved in the following tasks:

Welcoming international customers (check-in/check-out)

Reservation management: bookings, modifications, cancellations

Receiving telephone calls and e-mails

Inform customers about the establishment's services and promote the tourism offering

Payment management

Develop skills in customer reception and relationship management
