Missions

You will be involved in the following tasks:

Prepare the sailboat before each excursion: set up equipment, organize drinks and snacks, create a welcoming and professional environment for passengers.

Provide welcome and service on board: offer drinks and snacks, talk to passengers and contribute to a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.

Inform and guide customers about the monuments visible from the sea, as well as local activities in Barcelona.

Ensure that the boat is clean and well presented before and after each outing, guaranteeing an upscale, well-kept experience.

Assist the skipper during navigation and help coordinate onboard activities.

Participate in the creation of visual content (photos, stories, videos) for social networks, as required by the team.

Help manage reservations and communicate with customers.

INTERNSHIP CONDITIONS

📍 Location: Port of Barcelona (Spain)

⏳ Duration: 3 to 6 months depending on the period

🕓 Timetable: varies according to excursion - flexibility required

💶 Remuneration: €200 per month + possible tips depending on customer satisfaction

Required profile

🎓 Students of tourism, hospitality, communications or business.

🗣️ Minimum English B2 - Spanish A2

🌊 Good interpersonal skills and a taste for customer contact.

🙂 Dynamic, smiling, at ease in multicultural environments.

📸 Creative spirit and interest in digital communication (a plus).

🚫 No seasickness!
