Our partner is a company specializing in the management of tourist apartments located in various strategic areas of Barcelona. Its aim is to offer travelers a comfortable, seamless and personalized experience throughout their stay, by combining human welcome, support and operational efficiency.

The team works in an international, urban environment, with a predominantly foreign clientele (tourists, students on mobility programs, business travelers, etc.). The trainee will work in a dynamic, multicultural and instructive environment, close to field operations.

This internship will enable you to discover the complete operation of a tourist reception and management service, from the first customer contact right through to the end of your stay. You’ll develop your sense of service, your communication skills in foreign languages, and your ability to solve real-life situations – all while gaining additional insight into marketing actions linked to the company’s visibility.
