2/ Main VET pathways and host organisations

One of the greatest advantages of Erasmus+ mobility projects is the opportunity for education professionals and learners to complete an internship abroad. However, you still need to find the host organisation that can welcome them and pass on its skills and know-how throughout the placement period. In other words, the internship is the key to the success of your Erasmus+ mobility projects.

This is why our Erasmus+ mobility experts prioritise employer outreach and internship placements. With 10 years of experience, Stud&Globe works with numerous partner host organisations we are proud to collaborate with. After discussing your needs and expectations with you, we identify and approach host organisations to offer placements aligned with the training programmes and expected learning tasks.

Thanks to our multilingual team, we act as the link between the host organisation and your institution to facilitate the set-up of your project. This saves you time and helps ensure you offer your learners the best possible internships abroad.

Our international mobility expertise enables us to guide you in selecting host organisations and internships. We want the professional experience abroad to be a genuine professional and human exchange. Our placements therefore adapt to each participant’s language level and enable any learner to become familiar with the language and culture.

Care homes, nurseries, local shops, beauty centres, schools, tourism agencies… Take advantage of the Stud&Globe network and simplify the organisation of your Erasmus+ mobility. For more than 10 years, we have been placing learners from a wide range of vocational pathways.

3/ Accommodation

For over 5 years, our team has had its own network of partner host families. Each family signs a liability agreement with our agency, and each accommodation has been visited by a member of our team to ensure the smooth running of every participant’s mobility.

We work with host families in several European destinations such as Madrid, Barcelona, Dublin and Malta to accommodate groups on Erasmus+ mobility. At Stud&Globe, we believe that staying with locals is a real added value for learners and staff on mobility. As well as enriching the stay linguistically, the family provides immediate support and acts as a link between the learner, accompanying staff and Stud&Globe mobility experts.

We can also find youth hostels or a private flat depending on your needs and your budget.

The Stud&Globe extra:

Thanks to our many partners and accommodation solutions, our international mobility experts choose accommodation according to the internship location. This helps reduce daily travel and makes mobility easier for Erasmus+ participants.

4/ ORGANISING CULTURAL ACTIVITIES DURING THE STAY

Living abroad thanks to Erasmus+ is, of course, an opportunity to discover a new culture and a new city. To make the most of your international experience, we organise cultural visits and activities for you to enjoy during your stay.

ACTIVITIES DESIGNED FOR MOBILITY PARTICIPANTS

By choosing Stud&Globe as an intermediary agency to organise your Erasmus+ project, you will be in direct contact with one of our international mobility experts. Together, you will be able to discuss and build the ideal project for your learners and programme participants. Our activities are therefore tailor-made and vary from one group to another.

SUPPORTING TRAINING THROUGH ACTIVITIES

Erasmus+ participants come from all backgrounds, so it is important to adapt to each group profile in order to offer the best visits and experiences. Would you like to organise an Erasmus+ mobility for a group specialising in sports professions? We use free time to arrange outings and activities linked to sport and local traditions. In this way, we make this Erasmus+ project a unique and outstanding experience for learners and education professionals on mobility.

ACTIVITIES TO STRENGTHEN GROUP COHESION

According to a European Commission report on the effects of mobility on students’ skills and employability, students who have taken part in Erasmus+ mobility develop transferable skills valued by future employers. In addition to discovering an international professional context, learners live a very enriching group experience at this stage of their training. Group activities are also an opportunity for them to test their ability to adapt and to awaken a beneficial curiosity as they prepare to enter the labour market.

5/ ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESS FOR AN ERASMUS+ STAY

Setting up an Erasmus+ project is a long and time-consuming administrative process. By working with Stud&Globe to organise your international mobility project, you can offload the administrative procedures. Our experts, used to working with international host organisations, take care of CVs, internship agreements and working conditions for your learners.

A PROFESSIONAL REVIEW OF YOUR CVS

Thanks to their expertise and knowledge of the English-speaking and Spanish-speaking labour markets, our teams provide feedback and recommendations on your learners’ CVs. Once the CV is ready, we send your learners’ profiles to our partner host organisations and find the best internships for them.

COMPLIANCE WITH PLACEMENT CONDITIONS AND SIGNING OF AGREEMENTS

Once the internship is secured, we ensure that the host organisations that will welcome you meet Erasmus+ standards, in particular regarding working hours, professional insurance, etc. Following these checks, Stud&Globe experts will coordinate the signing of the internship agreements. If you have any questions, your dedicated contact will always be available to liaise with the partner host organisation.
