How it works: as soon as your partnership agreement is signed, the preferential rate applies to all students at your institution. They simply need to mention their school when applying to benefit immediately.

Your students get access to offers before anyone else

Spots at the most sought-after luxury palaces and 5-star hotels are limited. Without a partnership, your students compete with every individual applicant as soon as an offer goes public.

How it works: as soon as a premium offer opens up at one of our partner establishments, it’s offered exclusively to students from partner schools for 48 hours before any public release. Your students get a real head start in applying.

A student who has to remember to regularly check a website for new offers often misses out on the best opportunities, especially during exam periods or when an internship needs to be arranged urgently.

Your request is reviewed within 5 business days by our team dedicated to partner schools. You receive initial contact with a single point of contact who will support you throughout the partnership, regardless of your students’ destination.

No. Setting up the partnership and access to our network of verified companies and hotels are free for your institution. Only the student pays the Stud service fees, at a preferential rate from the signing of the collaboration agreement. No cost is charged to the school or university.

StudGlobe remains the primary contact throughout the internship: mediation with the company or hotel, administrative follow-up, handling unforeseen circumstances.

Your institution retains its educational role (validating objectives, final evaluation) while we manage the operational aspects and the relationship with the host organization.
