Missions

Assist with pharmacy integrations

Create/update pharmacy records
Verify information (address, contact, email, terms, etc.)
Ensure that the account is ready to order
Follow up on "blocked" pharmacies (documents, access, validation...)

Contact all pharmacies and generate orders

Outgoing calls + follow-ups (email / WhatsApp if relevant)
Present the company and its benefits
Assist with placing the first order
Follow up on the 2nd / 3rd orders
Build an "account manager" relationship

Assist with the onboarding of laboratories

Gather information required for onboarding (catalog, prices, terms, visuals, contacts)
Follow the onboarding steps (validation, going live, initial tests)
Coordinate with the internal team to address obstacles (products, logistics, payment, etc.)

INTERNSHIP OBJECTIVES

Actively participate in the operational deployment of the platform
Develop skills in customer relations and account management
Gain practical experience in coordination and project management
