Les Missions

Marketing project management and strategic communications

Contribution to communication strategy and deployment of major projects (e.g. product compliance, key developments)
Definition of customer messages and creation of communication media (videos, guides, FAQs)
Coordination of marketing and lead generation actions linked to strategic projects

Acquisition, market and marketing performance

Creation and optimization of landing pages to improve lead conversion
Analysis of market trends and competitive intelligence (benchmarks, innovations, positioning)
Optimization of customer knowledge (ICP) to adapt marketing actions to priority targets

Content, customer relations and loyalty

Copywriting of marketing content: emails, commercial messages and media aligned with brand tone
Conducting interviews and collecting customer testimonials to better understand user needs
Contribution to retention and loyalty projects (improving the customer experience, new functionalities, dedicated programs)

OBJECTIF DU STAGE
