Missions

You will be involved in the following tasks:

Help plan banquets: weddings, gala dinners, private events.

Create and monitor seasonal minutas and schedules in collaboration with the kitchen and dining room departments.

Assist the team in meetings and test-marriages with customers.

Participate in the logistical coordination of events (spaces, menus, schedules, service).

Ensure smooth communication between departments (banquets, kitchen, service, reception).

Contribute to improving the customer experience before, during and after each event.
