Les Missions

Home & Administrative Support :

Warmly welcome students and visitors, respond to requests for information (email, telephone, social networks, in person), and assist with administrative management (filing, archiving, updating student files).

Preparation of Welcome Packs :

Prepare weekly welcome packs for new arrivals, including schedule, welcome guide, brochures, etc.

Organization & Animation of Student Activities :

Design and lead a variety of activities (cultural visits, games, outings), adapted to the age and language level of participants, fostering a friendly, inclusive atmosphere.

Promote upcoming events via posters, emails and social networks, inform students of new developments and manage the calendar of activities.

Accompany groups on activities, make sure they run smoothly, ensure the safety and well-being of participants, and prepare the necessary equipment in advance of outings.
