Reception Internship – Hotel – Pamplona, Spain 🇪🇸

Missions

You will be involved in the following tasks:

Ensure and organize customer reception throughout their stay

Manage luggage storage and coordinate transfers with the relevant departments

Read and interpret occupancy and reservation schedules

Carry out formalities during your stay (check-in, check-out, handing over of keys, collections...)

Inform customers about accommodation, services and facilities

Answering telephone calls and handling correspondence

Control the quality of services offered

Manage any customer disputes

INTERNSHIP CONDITIONS

Be a native French student

Basic knowledge of English or Spanish

2 to 6 month internship

40h/week contract

Remuneration of €300/month
