Missions

You will be involved in the following tasks:

Welcoming and accompanying customers throughout their stay

Baggage management and coordination with internal departments

Reading and applying instructions, occupancy schedules, reservations

Handle all formalities for your stay: check-in, handover of keys, cash collection

Customer information on services

Call handling and hotel correspondence

Service quality control and customer dispute management

INTERNSHIP CONDITIONS

Being a student

B2 level in English

2 to 5-month internship starting in July

40h/week contract

Compensation: shared accommodation + 1 meal per shift
