In order to carry out an internship in SpainThe consultant in charge of your internship search will guide you through the steps required to obtain your NIE :
This document is required by the Spanish social security administration to ensure that foreigners are free to travel, work, study, buy or do anything else in Spain. This document will make them legal residents in Spain. It is very important for carrying out a number of operations (opening a bank account, taking out a telephone subscription, etc.). We remind you that this document is compulsory to start an internship or a job, so it’s imperative to obtain it quickly.
