Our partner is a company specializing in water sports and seaside leisure, located in one of the most dynamic tourist resorts in St Julian’s, in the heart of the Maltese coastline. Every season, it welcomes an international clientele who come to enjoy the sea, the sun and a variety of activities such as jet-skiing, kayaking, parasailing and boat excursions.

The team is made up of professionals with a passion for the sea, tourism and entertainment, creating a friendly, international atmosphere. Trainees get a behind-the-scenes look at a busy tourism business, learn to interact with customers from all over the world and manage a fast-paced seasonal environment, all while enjoying an exceptional seaside setting.

Les Missions

You will be involved in the following tasks:

Welcoming and informing international customers about the nautical activities on offer

Manage reservations, payments and tour planning

Help promote activities on site and via social networks

Ensure coordination between technical teams and customers

Contribute to day-to-day logistics: preparation of equipment, management of reception area

Help organize special events and activities during the high season

Ensure customer satisfaction and safety by maintaining a friendly atmosphere

OBJECTIF DU STAGE

Acquire practical experience in tourism and nautical leisure activities

Improve your English and your people skills in an international context

Learn to manage stress and the unexpected in a fast-paced environment

Develop your autonomy, adaptability and intercultural communication skills

CONDITIONS DE STAGES

📍 Location: St Julian's, Malta - coastal tourist area

⏳ Duration: 3 to 6 months (during high season)

⏰ Full-time, variable hours depending on activity

Profil recherché

🎓 Students in tourism, hospitality, business or communications

🗣️ English B1+ minimum required - French and Spanish appreciated; any other language is a plus

💡 Excellent interpersonal skills, energy and customer service skills

🌞 Enthusiastic, flexible and at ease in an international environment

🤝 Taste for nautical activities, teamwork and customer relations
