Les Missions

You will be involved in the following tasks:

Welcoming and accompanying customers throughout their stay

Baggage management and coordination with internal departments

Reading and applying instructions, occupancy schedules, reservations

Handle all formalities for your stay: check-in, handover of keys, cash collection

Customer information on services

Call handling and hotel correspondence

Service quality control and customer dispute management

OBJECTIF DU STAGE

Improve your language skills in an international context

Gain initial experience in reception and administration

Experience professional immersion in a multicultural environment

CONDITIONS DE STAGES

Being a student

B2 level in English

2 to 5-month internship starting in July

40h/week contract

Compensation: shared accommodation + 1 meal per shift
