Les Missions

You will be involved in the following tasks:

Welcome and accompany international customers on arrival and departure (check-in/check-out)

Manage room reservations, cancellations and availability

Respond to calls, emails and customer inquiries in a professional manner

Provide information on hotel services, facilities and local events

Distribute keys/access cards and guide guests around the hotel

Coordinate with other departments (catering, housekeeping, maintenance, transport)

Resolve complaints and unforeseen events diplomatically

Administrative tasks (archiving, reporting, file follow-up)

Actively contribute to the quality of the guest experience and the hotel's upscale image

OBJECTIF DU STAGE

Mastering luxury hotel reception standards

Develop your customer service skills in an international environment

Improve your English (and possibly other languages) in a professional context

Handle unexpected events with efficiency and composure

💶 Remuneration: €600/month, including board and lodging

Profil recherché

Students in hotel management, tourism, languages or similar fields

Fluent English required; other languages (French, German, Spanish, etc.) a plus.
