Missions

Welcome and orient international customers on arrival (check-in) and departure (check-out)

Manage reservations, changes and cancellations via the internal system

Provide information on campsite services, activities, catering and the environment

Manage payments, invoicing and administrative follow-up of customer files

Collaborate with the animation, accommodation and catering teams to ensure a seamless experience

Respond to customer requests with professionalism, a smile and a sense of service
