Les Missions

Reservations management & Customer experience

Multilingual communication with holidaymakers (French, English, Spanish): responses to messages, comments and requests on booking platforms.

Coordinating arrivals and departures, monitoring reservations and updating the database.

Anticipating customer needs and managing complaints to ensure quality service.

International development & operations improvement

Writing and optimizing property descriptions

Analysis and identification of opportunities in new markets

Manage service providers, monitor logistics and improve internal processes
