Our partner is a 4★ campsite located near Madrid, in the heart of a green and peaceful natural setting. A true vacation destination for families, groups and European travelers, the campsite features over 400 accommodations, a huge aquatic area with pools and slides, restaurants, sports facilities and a mini-club.

Every summer, the campsite transforms itself into a lively place, where conviviality and good humor are the order of the day. The entertainment team plays a key role in the holiday experience: they energize, bond and make every stay unforgettable.

Joining this internship is a unique human and professional experience, as part of an international team with a passion for tourism and entertainment. You’ll develop your interpersonal skills, organizational skills and team spirit, all while enjoying the Spanish sun!

Les Missions

You will be involved in the following tasks:

Design and coordinate fun, sports and creative activities for all ages (mini-club, workshops, shows, themed evenings).

Offer and lead daily activities for a variety of audiences: children, teenagers, adults

Prepare, set up and put away entertainment equipment, ensure participants' safety

Welcoming, guiding and entertaining international customers in a festive atmosphere

Collaborate with the local team to deliver an immersive and memorable experience

Help organize and promote theme evenings and other campsite events

OBJECTIF DU STAGE

Manage and lead a group of children and adults in an international context

Develop your creativity, communication skills and team spirit

Acquire skills in event management and tourism animation

A behind-the-scenes look at how a major campsite is run 4★

Improve your Spanish and English in real-life situations

CONDITIONS DE STAGES

📍 Location: Community of Madrid (Spain)

⏳ Duration: 3 to 6 months (July and August compulsory)

⏰ 40h/week - flexible hours according to schedule

🏠 Shared accommodation on site included (mobile home or single room subject to availability)

🍽️ Free meals at the staff restaurant (lunch and dinner)

💶 Gratuity: 600€/month

Profil recherché

Students with an internship agreement

Dynamic, smiling, creative and at ease with children

Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate a group

Adaptability and good humor a must

Spanish and intermediate French preferred (B1 minimum)
