The on-site team is dynamic, multicultural and always happy to welcome new interns to contribute to a quality customer experience.

Les Missions

You will be involved in the following tasks:

Welcoming guests on arrival at the hotel

Check-in / Check-out organization

Managing administrative formalities

Scheduling telephone calls and mail

Quality control

OBJECTIF DU STAGE

Develop skills in customer reception and relationship management

Improve your language skills in an international setting

Develop your independence and sense of responsibility
