Our partner is a hotel located in a renowned seaside resort on the island of Majorca. The establishment welcomes an international clientele in a relaxed, sunny setting. The team on site is multicultural and committed, offering trainees a formative and human immersion in the hotel industry.

Les Missions

You will be involved in the following tasks:

Welcoming and accompanying customers throughout their stay

Check-in and check-out management

Customer advice on services and tourist activities

Administrative formalities related to your stay (registration, invoicing, handing over of keys, etc.)

Handling hotel calls and correspondence

Service quality control

Management of any customer disputes

OBJECTIF DU STAGE

Develop your hotel management and customer relations skills

Gain versatility through assignments with greater responsibility

Improve your language skills in an international setting

CONDITIONS DE STAGES

Students of hotel management, tourism, languages, business, etc.

Proficiency in office automation tools (Microsoft Office)

Must be available for at least 3 months starting in July

40h/week contract
