Our partner is a Barcelona-based company specializing in the management of tourist bookings and urban accommodation for international customers.

In a young and dynamic environment, the team is responsible for the daily coordination of arrivals, departures, online advertising and operational monitoring of apartments.

Joining this internship means moving into the heart of the urban tourism sector, developing essential operational skills in sales management, customer relations and logistics coordination, while experiencing a rewarding professional immersion in one of Europe’s most attractive cities.

Les Missions

Sales management & day-to-day coordination

Help organize the booking, check-in and check-out calendar

Ensure administrative follow-up of reservations: modifications, messages, customer requests, etc.

Coordinate arrivals and departures: welcome, handover of keys, general explanations

Provide operational support to teams: availability monitoring, internal communication

Contribute to the management of customer satisfaction and the smooth running of stays

Updating & tracking ads

Update ads on platforms (photos, descriptions, availability, prices)

Ensure the coherence and attractiveness of published information

Regularly monitor performance: booking rates, comments, visibility

OBJECTIF DU STAGE

Manage sales operations in a dynamic tourism environment

Communicate with international customers and improve your English/Spanish

Understand the complete operation of a rental management company

Gain in autonomy, versatility and professionalism

CONDITIONS DE STAGES

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Duration: 4 months minimum

Remuneration: 300 € / month

Profil recherché

Student in business, marketing, economics, management or tourism Motivated to work in an international environment

English B1/B2 level required, Spanish A2 minimum (basic knowledge essential)

Good interpersonal skills, ability to adapt, sense of service
