Our partner is a French company specializing in short breaks including accommodation and activities.

It offers themed weekends such as wellness, gastronomy or romantic getaways. Founded in 2005, it operates mainly in France, Spain and Belgium.

As a Customer Support Trainee, you’ll accompany customers after they’ve booked and make sure they have an unforgettable experience.

Missions

Your main tasks:

Personalized support by telephone and e-mail.
Answer customers' questions and process their requests.
Modify or manage reservations; upsell/cross-sell where appropriate.
Collect customer feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, marketing).
Use support tools (CRM, reservation platform, etc.).

INTERNSHIP OBJECTIVES

Strengthen your sales skills and autonomy
Improve your English and/or Spanish
Gain initial experience in an international, digital environment

INTERNSHIP CONDITIONS

Business school or university student (Master's level)
Be a native French speaker
B2/C1 level in English (Spanish a plus)
Be organized, proactive and have excellent interpersonal skills
Available for 6 months from July
40h/week contract
