Les Missions

You will be involved in the following tasks:

Welcoming customers at the branch (check-in and check-out)

National and international hotlines

Responding to complaints

Coordinating apartment changes

Information on services and opening hours

Administrative management of files

Invoicing agency services

OBJECTIF DU STAGE

Develop your customer relations skills in an international context

Improve your everyday Spanish and English

Gain initial experience in the tourist rental sector

CONDITIONS DE STAGES

Native French student with a good level of English and Spanish

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

6-month internship

Opening hours: Monday to Friday (9am-6pm or 11am-8pm) + 2 weekends/month

Remuneration: €450/month
