Missions

Reception and customer service

Greet customers on arrival and ensure smooth check-in/check-out in accordance with procedures
Respond to guests' requests in person, by phone or by email and provide useful information about the hotel and its services.
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout their stay and manage simple complaints in accordance with hotel standards.

Administrative management and acceptance operations

Record and update reservations, payments and customer files in the management system
Handle payment processing, invoicing and the issuing of room keys or badges
Keep the reception area clean, organized and ready to welcome customers at all times

Internal coordination and day-to-day support

Communicate with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, catering) to ensure a consistent customer experience
Provide guests with practical information on hotel facilities and local activities
Help manage messages, telephone calls and any reservations for complementary activities or services

INTERNSHIP OBJECTIVES

Develop solid skills in hospitality and customer relations in an international hotel environment.
Understand the day-to-day running of a hotel reception: reservations, check-in/check-out, billing and internal coordination.
Improve your professional communication skills, particularly in foreign languages, in contact with an international clientele.
