Missions

As part of the reception team, your main tasks will be to:

Manage calls, reservations, e-mail and administrative support,

Provide information about the hotel, its services and the city of Brussels,

Work with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure customer satisfaction,

Welcome customers (check-in, check-out),

Participate in quality and customer experience monitoring.

INTERNSHIP CONDITIONS

Internship in a 4★ hotel in Brussels, a cosmopolitan and dynamic capital.

Housing + €200 per month offered

Hours: according to reception schedule (shift work, weekends and public holidays possible),

Profile required

Students in hospitality, business, reception, customer relations or a related field

Good level of English (B2 minimum); knowledge of another language is an advantage (Spanish, French, German, etc.),

Be dynamic, rigorous, smiling and customer service-oriented,

Good presentation, team spirit, ability to adapt to an international environment
