Each student is placed as close as possible to their internship location to minimise travel time and support their independence.
🏠 Accommodation conditions
- Affinity and compatibility: Rooms accommodate 2 to 4 students, thoughtfully grouped according to their profiles and affinities to ensure a friendly and comfortable stay during their Erasmus+ mobility.
- Non-mixed rooms: To ensure comfort and respect for everyone, groups are organised by gender.
- Meals included: Half-board or full-board, depending on the mobility project, for a fully immersive cultural experience.
- Private rooms for teachers: Accompanying teachers can enjoy private accommodation within the host family. In some cases, external accommodation (such as Airbnb) may also be offered, ensuring comfort and privacy throughout the mobility period.

Becoming a Stud&Globe partner host family goes far beyond offering accommodation — it means taking part in a unique educational and human experience within the framework of Erasmus+ mobilities.
Each family signs a collaboration agreement and commits to:
- Welcoming students upon arrival at the designated meeting point;
- Accompanying them on their first day to their internship placement for a smooth integration;
- Preparing and sharing daily meals, encouraging cultural and linguistic exchange;
- Informing the agency in case of any issues, behaviour concerns or delays, ensuring continuous monitoring;
- Providing a caring and safe environment, helping students in their daily life: orientation, care, cultural visits, educational activities, etc.
In return, students sign a code of conduct ensuring respect, courtesy and professionalism throughout their stay.
