Based in Dublin, the company designs and coordinates cultural, business and event trips, working with a vast network of local service providers (accommodation, transport, sightseeing, catering).

Missions

You will be involved in the following tasks:

Coordinate the organization of group trips (reservations, itineraries, transfers)
Maintain contact with suppliers (accommodation, guides, transport, activities)
Monitor and adapt programs in the event of modifications or customer requests
Draft and update travel documents (proposals, quotes, confirmations)
Help manage customer relations and ensure the satisfaction of French-speaking groups
Contribute to the company's sustainable and responsible tourism initiatives

INTERNSHIP CONDITIONS

📍 Dublin - Ireland
⏳ Minimum 5 months
⏰ Full-time: Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
💶 Compensation: €500 / month
🌐 International, English- and French-speaking work environment

Profile required

🎓 Student in tourism, international business, communication or equivalent
🗣️ French C1 minimum, English B2+ required (Spanish or other language an asset)
💻 Mastery of the Office pack, good computer skills
🙌 Organized, rigorous, customer-oriented and a team player
✅ Internship (Erasmus program, university or school)
