The hotel chain consists of different 3/4*hotels all over England. For the destinations Eastbourne, St Helens, Nottingham, they are looking for an intern to work in the the Reception.
_ Descriptif de l’offre
Your missions will be:
- Customer Service at Arrival, Departure and during guest
- Check in / Check out
- Allocation of rooms
- Giving information to hotel guests regarding tourist attraction, leisure activities etc.
- Answering questions regarding hotel offers, facilities and events
- Taking and handling complaints, suggestions, etc
- Further administrative tasks
_ Informations complémentaires
- Duration: 4-6 months
- High level of english
- Accommodation + meals / day (breakfast and dinner) + remuneration 107euro/ week
- 40 hour per week / 1 day off / can work over time depending on how busy the hotel is ( the hours worked over time will not be paid )
